We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our location in Fremont, CA, USA.

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped during standard working hours of the courier service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your shipment.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all items—regardless of order size.

No hidden fees.
Customs/import duties, if applicable in your country (for international orders), are your responsibility and determined by your local authorities.

Wrong Item Delivery

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • We will investigate with the courier and suppliers.

  • Once the issue is verified, we will offer a suitable resolution or replacement.

  • If you paid for urgent delivery, that fee will be refunded once the correct item is delivered.

Returns can be made to our Fremont, CA address.

Transit Risk

All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost.
If the package is lost in transit by the courier, we will handle it for you.
However, once the package is marked delivered by the courier, Silk Star is not liable for:

  • Theft

  • Loss

  • Damage at your location

Shipment & Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate on the USPS system.

  • You can also check order status from your My Account dashboard on our website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Courier companies may charge a penalty for address errors (like mismatched ZIP codes).
In such cases:

  • You will bear the cost of reshipment.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.

Time to Ship

Since we do not manufacture or stitch in-house, processing time depends on the availability of the item from our partner brands.
Shipping timelines may vary based on:

  • Supplier readiness

  • Stock availability

  • Order volume

If there is any unusual delay, we will notify you and may issue a refund for the delayed item.

Billing vs Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: Where your card is registered.

  • Shipping Address: Where you want the item delivered.

Make sure both are correctly filled in during checkout.

Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We wait 15 days before reshipping or refunding the item.
